Trident Emergency Products, LLC (tridentdirect.com) policy restricts any invoices less than $20.00 before shipping and handling charges. Please insure that you’ve added all items and quantities you need before checking out. By clicking the accept button you agree to all terms and conditions as stated herein. Orders from non-registered purchasers will be billed for shipping, regardless of the order amount. To register, please click here.

Credit card payment for shipment to foreign countries may have an additional fee. For off-shore orders, please consult Trident Direct as to payment terms.

Trident Direct warrants all of the products we sell.

Our shipping method for all website orders is UPS Worldwide Service. If you require shipping via other method, please call us at 215-293-0700 to place your order.

Trident Emergency Products Merchandise Return Policies & Procedures

Trident Emergency Products strives to ensure that you receive exactly what you’ve ordered in new and working condition. Our industry prescribes certain standard practices regarding the handling and crediting related to product returns and warranty issues. Here is a list of the standard practices that our industry prescribes:

1. You must obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number by calling 215-293-0700, prior to returning anything.

2. Items returned for credit must be new, unused and in their original packaging. The packaging must not be damaged in any way.

Items ordered in error are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
